Do you have negatives beliefs about yourself? Are they keeping you stuck? You’re certainly not alone:) Negative beliefs can come from our experiences or are assumptions we make about ourselves – whether they’re true or not.
A few examples of negative beliefs are “I’m not good enough,” “I’m not intelligent enough to…,” or “I have to please others for them to love me.”
Our beliefs stimulate a feeling that our actions are based on – which in turn generates results. This is powerful…and so are you!
So, creating positive beliefs about yourself, rather than negative, will lead to positive results. Making this shift takes some inner work and self-love. It’s worth the effort.
