I’ve been stuck many times in my life – it’s all part of the journey.  It feels like being locked in or limited, and I found myself asking “what’s missing?”  Have you ever felt this way?  Many people get stuck – so we’re not alone:) The expectations we put on ourselves, fears or negative beliefs, and lack of confidence can keep us stuck. No need to stay there!

How do you get unstuck then? 

Here are a few of my go-to tools to move through “stuckness:” (also a great reminder of what’s going great in your life)

1. Take time to re-connect with yourself again. 
-What areas in your life do you want to improve ?  This includes your life work, relationships, leisure time, finances…
-What needs to happen for it to change?
-What do you really, really, really want?

2. Honor your unique self.
-What makes you feel content?
-What is your heart telling you you need?  It  will not be the same as your sister, mother or best friend – and that’s okay.  You have what it takes to follow your path:)

3. Set a goal AND take a step.
-What is one goal -big or small that’s both inspiring and realistic to you?
-How will you know when you reach it?
-What’s one small action step to start getting you there.  Celebrate every little success along the way!
